A spectacular point-to-point 50km ultra taking in the coast path, beaches, trails and countryside of the LlΕ·n Peninsula.
Coastal Rush is designed to be achievable for those taking their first step into ultra distance while still providing a fantastic challenge for experienced ultra runners.
Entry includes event support, checkpoints, refreshments and a Black Sheep finisher medal.

A 25km trail challenge starting and finishing at Uwchmynydd, taking in some of the spectacular coastal trails and scenery at the western end of the LlΕ·n Peninsula.
Perfect as a first longer trail challenge, a step towards ultra distance or for anyone wanting the Coastal Rush experience over a shorter distance.
Entry includes event support, checkpoints/refreshments where applicable and a Black Sheep finisher medal.
